What teams and drivers are confirmed for Formula 1 in 2023?
The Formula 1 season is about to begin and racing fans have a lot to look forward to this year, especially since fresh faces will be gracing the grid in 2023.
The 2023 Formula 1 grid has been finalized, and though fans bid fond farewells to Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, and Mick Schumacher, there are fresh faces to look forward to on the grid.
Rookies Logan Sargeant and Oscar Piastri will join Williams and McLaren respectively, while Nico Hulkenberg makes a comeback to F1 after an absence of two seasons, this time with Haas, to replace Schumacher.
Nyck de Vries joins AlphaTauri
Former reserve driver Nyck de Vries is now full-time at F1 with AlphaTauri, while Ricciardo has returned to Red Bull to become the team’s backup driver. Schumacher has signed on with Mercedes, also as third driver.
Aside from the arrival of new faces, there will also be new pairings, as there’s been quite a shuffle among the racers.
