Update:

Esteban Ocon came under heavy criticism after a mistake at the Monte Carlo Grand Prix. He hit his team-mate Pierre Gasly, which is why even now there is thinking at Alpine that he will be replaced for the Canadian Grand Prix.

Team boss Bruno Famin was furious, as was Pierre Gasly. Famin also announced that there would be consequences for Okon. At the exit from Poitiers, he hit the back of Gasly’s car while trying to overtake him. Esteban ended the race due to considerable damage, while Pierre continued the race. This is an additional pain for Alpin, who has scored only one point since the beginning of the season.
