América will have two key players back for the match against Xolos, to be played at the Azteca stadium on Saturday.

Chilean Igor Lichnovsky and Julián Quiñones will be back in the squad for the matchday 16 game of the 2023 Apertura season.

Quiñones was not available for the matches against Monterrey and Atlético San Luis due to muscular discomfort that, according to the latest reports, has been overcome, so he will be fit to face Tijuana.

América team news

Lichnovsky has served a one-match suspension after an accumulation of yellow cards and, like Quiñones, is ready to be considered for the match at the Coloso de Santa Úrsula.

In addition to Néstor Araujo and Brian Rodríguez, Las Águilas will have to add Leo Suárez, who got injured in the warm-up for last week’s match against Atlético San Luis, to the list of absentees for this match.

América will host Xolos Tijuana at 19:00 local time at the Estadio Azteca on Saturday.
