Ansu Fati finally has reasons to smile at Barcelona
Barça’s number 10 closed off a difficult week with a liberating goal and Mateu Alemany insisted that his future is at the Camp Nou.
Ansu Fati’s celebration after unleashing his first goal in the league for over four months (he hadn’t scored since October 20 against Villarreal) was somewhat muted. He just smiled, as if liberated, and embraced his teammates who were warming up on the nearby sidelines. He is suffering from being the Barça ‘10′ and the international break did not help him.
Luis de la Fuente left him at home, one more disappointment; and his father, Bori, set the atmosphere on fire even more, saying, “If I were him, I would change scenery.”
Ansu Fati primed for the Copa Clásico
Given the complexity of the situation, Ansu has been calm because, unlike other days, he knew that he would start at Martínez Valero. And although he still looks very far from his best and lacks confidence in some plays, in the goal he showed the undisputed talent that he has inside. There is a special footballer in Ansu.
Perhaps that is the reason why Mateu Alemany dispatched Bori Fati last week when he entered his office to request the transfer of his son if he did not play anymore.
