Arsenal have had their sights on Facu Torres since before the World Cup
The young Uruguayan talent has stated that he would like to make the jump to Europe one day from MLS.
Facundo Torres arrived in the United States as one of the players with the greatest potential for the future. Arsenal have reportedly entered talks to sign the player
