Barcelona forward Ansu Fati receives offers from Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Tottenham
The Barcelona forward has attracted interest from some of Europe’s top clubs.
Ansu Fati’s future is up in the air and his agent, Jorge Mendes, has told the player about offers from Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Tottenham, to which the he has said ‘no’.
Mundo Deportivo report that the Spain international is focused on succeeding at Barcelona, despite enjoying less game time than he would like under head coach Xavi Hernández this season.
The Barça forward has reportedly told Mendes that he wants to continue at Camp Nou.
Ansu Fati’s father speaks out
On 29 March, his father, Bori Fati, spoke on Cadena Cope, saying: “If it were up to me, I would take him away from Barça but he wants to stay at Barça.
“I’m angry as a father and what bothers me is that Ansu plays so few minutes.”
Xavi wants Ansu at Camp Nou
Xavi has told Ansu that he has to be patient and that he is counting on him going forward.
The 20-year-old is aware that former Barça players, including club legends Xavi and Andrés Iniesta, did not reach their peak until later in their careers.
Injuries have not helped the forward either, and he has had to deal with a number of operations in the early stage of his career.
Ansu Fati’s stats this season
In the current campaign, he has played 26 times in LaLiga, scoring four goals and creating three.
He has seven goals in all competitions for the Blaugrana this season.
