Barcelona will look to win their third LaLiga game in a row when they host relegation-threatened Granada on matchday 24 of the Spanish top-flight campaign.

Since losing 5-3 at home to Villarreal in late January - a historic defeat that led boss Xavi Hernández to announce his end-of-season departure - Barça have bounced back with consecutive victories over Osasuna and Deportivo Alavés.

Saturday’s 3-1 triumph in Vitoria saw the Catalans rise to third, eight points off leaders Real Madrid.

Having won just two LaLiga games all season, meanwhile, Granada sit 19th in the table, five points adrift of safety. The Andalusians have taken just a point from their last four league matches.

Barcelona vs Granada: prediction

Although Granada head into the game as major underdogs, they haven’t actually lost to Barça in LaLiga for three years. Since being thumped 4-0 in January 2021, Los Nazaríes have taken a win and three draws from their league meetings with the Blaugrana.

We reckon, though, that the visitors’ four-game unbeaten run against Barça will come to an end this weekend. Prediction: Barcelona 2-0 Granada.
