Barcelona handed major LaLiga boost as key attacker set to return
Barça travel to Girona on Monday looking to overtake new league leaders Real Madrid, who defeated Real Sociedad on Saturday.

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick appeared relaxed and joking during Sunday’s morning session, and he had good reason. Despite the Copa del Rey disappointment, the team is regaining one of its most important players and true leaders, Raphinha for Monday’s trip to Girona.
The Brazilian forward trained at full capacity, overcoming a right adductor strain that had kept him out of three matches against Albacete, Mallorca, and Atlético Madrid. All signs indicate he will be cleared on Monday and will travel to Girona. He could even start the match, although the final decision will be made by Flick in the hours leading up to kickoff.
Rashford still sidelined
Marcus Rashford will not be joining the squad. The English forward suffered a heavy blow to his left knee against Mallorca and is still limping, delaying his return by several more days.
When will Pedri be back for Barça?
Attention also turns to Pedri. The midfielder suffered a hamstring injury on January 21 against Slavia Prague, initially expected to sideline him for about a month. If recovery stays on schedule, he could play his first minutes back on February 22 against Levante at Camp Nou, easing into full match fitness.
