The Catalan giants go into the game with a boost of confidence after defeating Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu on Thursday in the Copa del Rey semifinals first-leg game.
Barça traveled to Madrid as the clear underdogs against Los Blancos, as Pedri, Ousmane Dembélé and Robert Lewandowski were not available for the game, but the visitors managed to get away with the win thanks to a rock-solid defense, with Ronald Araújo and Jules Koundé becoming Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr.’s kryptonite.
Els Blaugranes, the league leaders with 59 points, have won their last four domestic games against Valencia.

Los Che visit the Camp Nou stadium desperately needing the win, as they are looking to get out of the relegation zone.
Valencia, who haven’t played outside of La Liga since the 1986-87 campaign, are sitting 19th, with 23 points. Only Elche have a worse record in the competition, at the bottom of the standings with nine points.
Rubén Baraja’s pupils go into the game after beating Real Sociedad at home (1-0), so they will try to repeat their performance and upset the favorites.
However, they will have to improve their stats away from Mestalla if they want to stand a chance to defeat Barça: they have lost each of their last five La Liga matches as visitors.
