Bayern Munich break with Davies, who curls in a cross towards Olise in the middle. He brings it down and tries to make space for a shot but he's crowded out by recovering PSG defenders and the chance evaporates.
On second viewing, it was an incredible save from Matvey Safonov to tip that Musiala shot onto the post.

Goncalo Ramos is a much more physical presence up front for PSG. Expect to see them looking a bit more direct now, trying to play into the big Portuguese striker.

We didn't know what to expect from Vincent Kompany ahead of his first season managing an elite team. His Bayern Munich side have impressed in the Bundesliga this year but have struggled a little in the Champions League, where they have come up against teams with similar budgets.
Todays visit of PSG was always going to offer a real test but Kompany's side have passed so far, generating chances and dominating the ball against a talented side. There have been chances on the break for the likes of Ousmane Dembele and Warren Zaire-Emery but it's been a confident performance from Bayern in the opening 45 minutes.
If they can maintain this level for the second half they could be rewarded with a statement result.
