Carlo Ancelotti the best in Europe
The Real Madrid manager was chosen as the best in Europe ahead of Guardiola and Klopp.
The other great winner of the night, in addition to Karim Benzema, was Carlo Ancelotti, who was named the best coach in Europe. Despite his long career and a fourth Champions League, he does not have a large number of individual awards and this is the first one received from UEFA.
Ancelotti guides Madrid to 14th Champions League
The members of the jury recognised his performance during the Champions League and some of the risky decisions that worked out for him such as the changes in each of the comebacks before the final in Paris. Very loved and respected by everyone, Ancelotti won them over and made them agree that there was no better coach than him in Europe. He picks up the award ahead of Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, considered the best coaches in the world.
15 months ago he was Everton’s manager and today he is once again the best in the world. There is no stopping the relationship between Madrid and Carletto.
