Champions League prize money 2022-23: How much will the UCL winners receive?

UEFA have released the figures for this season’s Champions League prize money, with a total purse of €2.032 billion ($1.98b) on offer.
How much will the 2022-23 Champions League winners earn?
Reigning champions Real Madrid picked up €83.2 million for winning the Champions League last season. Los Blancos took home an additional €4.5 million for winning the UEFA Super Cup in August.
In this season’s 2022-23 Champions League, success in the competition, including a perfect group stage run, would see €85.14 million go to the winner.
Fifty-five percent of the total prize purse is distributed among the European clubs as a reward for their results in the competition. The remaining 45 percent of the pool is split across the 32 group-stage teams.
The 32 teams who have qualified for the 2022-23 Champions League group stage will all receive a starting fee of €15.64 million, while group stage performance bonuses will also be paid for each match - €2.8 million for a win and €930,000 for a draw.
Europa League earnings
Champions League participation offers clubs a total prize money purse of over €2 billion, however, the Europa League and Europa Conference League participants have less prize money available.
Competition prize money
The Europa League winner will receive around €15 million in performance-based prize money in the knockout stage, plus an additional €4.88 million in potential earnings from a 100 percent record in the group stage.
Europa Conference League earnings
The Europa Conference League winner will receive around €8.9 million in performance-based prize money in the knockout stage, and an additional €3.65 million in potential earnings from a perfect six-match winning streak in the group stage.
