The first of two games between Chelsea and Manchester City takes place tonight as the Blues welcome City to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea hosts Manchester City today in their first of two Premier League meetings between the two teams. The game kicks off at 3 p.m. ET (12 p.m. PT).

What to know ahead of Chelsea vs Manchester City

The former English champions Manchester City have been struggling and are coming off of a 1-1 draw with Everton. City is second in the Premier League (11-3-2) behind Arsenal, but they are eight points behind. They have conceded goals in all of their last four Premier League games, keeping a clean sheet only once in the last seven games.

Chelsea is not doing so hot either though. They lost three of their last five Premier League games and are 10th in the league. They are coming off of a 1-1 draw as well, with Nottingham Forest. City defeated Chelsea in the EFL Cup (2-0) before they broke for the World Cup and they won in both of their meetings last season.
