The Mexican striker said goodbye to his compatriot, with whom he shared a team in the MLS by defending the colors of the LA Galaxy.

Hernández issues motivational words to Araujo
Araujo bids farewell to his previous club, LA Galaxy, to chase his European dream. His primary challenge now is to excel in the B side and ultimately secure a place in the first team. His departure has prompted emotional farewell messages from his former teammates, with Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernández using his Instagram stories to offer words of encouragement and motivation to Araujo.
“My G, so proud of you. Like I told you. Enjoy. Learn and give it all. Love you little bro,” posted the experienced striker.
LA Galaxy: life after Araujo
Having earned a place in the starting lineup for LA Galaxy, Julián Araujo will be sorely missed as he departs to pursue a European ambition. He was a regular feature on the right side, making noteworthy contributions not only in defense, but also with his attacking prowess, as he frequently made impressive runs and crosses into the opposition’s box. With his departure, the team from LA need to prioritize finding a replacement for him.
Los Angeles Galaxy are set to commence their MLS 2023 campaign next Saturday, February 25, as they face off against Los Angeles FC led by Carlos Vela, at the Rose Bowl Stadium.
