FC Cincinnati and Columbus Crew meet in the MLS Eastern Conference final at TQL Stadium on Saturday, with the winner progressing to the season-defining MLS Cup, where they will face either LAFC or Houston Dynamo.

Cincinnati looking for clean sweep in 2023

The Orange and Blue were, of course, the best team in the MLS regular season, wrapping up the Supporters’ Shield with games to spare after 20 victories, nine draws and only five defeats in their 34 fixtures.

The Ohio side’s superb year can be summarised by the fact attacker Lucaino Acosta won the Landon Donovan MVP Award by a landslide margin, while head coach Pat Noonan was named Sigi Schmidt Coach of the Year. With those individual prizes in the bag, their attention now turns to winning their team’s first-ever MLS Cup.

Columbus Crew two-time MLS Cup winners

The Crew, meanwhile, are no strangers to success themselves, having lifted the Supporters’ Shelf on three occasions (2004, 2008, 2009), as well as the MLS Cup twice (2008, 2020). Wilfried Nancy’s finished the campaign in third spot in the Eastern Conference after a strong end to the season and even convincingly saw off Saturday’s opponents 3-0 at Lower.com Field in August. The first meeting between the teams ended in a 3-2 victory for The Garys in Cincinnati.

The Conference final is the hottest ticket in town this weekend, which is reflected in how much fans have had to and will have to shell out to attend the game at TQL Stadium.

How much are tickets for Cincinnati - Columbus Crew?

Some seats are still available for the clash, with Ticketmaster, the MLS’ official ticketing partner, the place to go if you are keen on experiencing the action in the flesh.

At the time of writing, the cheapest single tickets available are priced at $149 and located in The Bailey safe standing terrace behind one of the goals. Bizarrely, there is also one ticket in the same area of the ground up for resale at $98,999, which we can only assume will remain unsold…

Other than that, the top price for a single ticket is $404, situated slap bang in the middle of the East Stand (First Financial Gate entrance). Individual ticket prices may vary depending on how many you buy together.
