Date set for Luis Enrique to announce Spain’s World Cup squad
The players who make the list will report in Las Rozas on Monday 14 November. Three days later, on the 17th, they will play a friendly in Jordan.

Spain coach Luis Enrique will announce his squad list for the 2022 World Cup on Friday 11 November - nine days before La Roja make their debut at the tournament against Costa Rica on the 23rd.

The RFEF confirmed on Thursday that the Asturian coach will hold a press conference in the Luis Aragonés Room at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas, Madrid on 11 November, starting at 12:30 hours local time. During his press briefing he will confirm the players who will travel to Qatar (a maximum of 26) and explain his decisions on who has been left out of the list.

The players called up will convene at the RFEF headquarters on Monday 14 November to begin preparations for Qatar 2022. Spain have just one warm-up match ahead of the tournament, against Jordan at Amman International Stadium on Thursday 17th November.
