Update:

Toronto FC’s Federico Bernardeschi (53.2%) has won AT&T 5G goal of the matchday for Matchday 6.

The Italian curled an Olimpico into the net in his side’s 2-2 draw with Charlotte FC. The wonderful left-footed curling effort at BMO Field helped the Toronto No.10 to win the goal of the matchday with over half of the votes.

Bernardeschi, who has 39 caps with Italy, joined the Canadian club from Juventus last summer on a free transfer.

The 29-year-old has been involved in 10 (seven goals, three assists) of Toronto’s 17 goals since 27 August 2022.

Morris takes second place

Columbus Crew player Aidan Morris received 23.2% of the votes with the first of a brace in the club’s 4-0 win over Real Salt Lake.
