Floyd Mayweather goes to watch Lionel Messi in action for Inter Miami
The former boxer was in attendance with Ken Griffey Jr to watch Leo Messi play for Inter Miami.
Basketball player LeBron James, members of the Kardashian family and even tennis player Serena Williams have had the pleasure of watching Lionel Messi play live. And former boxer Floyd Mayweather is the latest celebrity to go to watch the World Cup winner in action for Inter Miami.
The undefeated boxer was captured by MLS cameras with Ken Griffey Jr (former baseball player) in one of the stands ahead of the match between Inter Miami and Nashville SC on Wednesday.
Mayweather, 46, has a history with Argentinians. He fought against Argentine boxers Gustavo Cuello, Carlos Ríos, Carlos Baldomir and Marcos Maidana (twice) in his hugely successful boxing career.
Infantino in attendance
Now, retired, he is another who enjoys watching the best to ever play the game live. FIFA president Gianni Infantino was also at the stadium in Florida as the sides played out a scoreless draw.
