Football meets fútbol: Miami Dolphins meet FC Barcelona players
The Barcelona soccer team is holding its training camp in Miami, and they were visited by players from the NFL’s Miami Dolphins.
FC Barcelona held a training camp in Miami at the Inter Miami stadium ahead of the game Tuesday. The preseason game is the first of a four-game US tour.
During the training camp in Miami, the team was visited by some players from the NFL team, the Miami Dolphins. As the players greeted each other, they talked about the ins and outs of their respective “footballs” and swapped jerseys. Unlike the Barcelona players, the Dolphins team’s preseason has not yet gotten started. They will start their training camp on July 30 and the preseason starts on August 14 when Miami takes on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The team later heads to Las Vegas to play El Clásico against Madrid on Saturday, July 23. They play Juventus in Dallas on Tuesday, July 26. Finally, they will end the tour against New York Red Bull in New Jersey on Saturday, July 30.
