Rafaela Pimenta stands as one of the most influential agents in the football world, with her represented players boasting a combined market value of €385.35 million, according to Transfermarkt. Among them, Erling Haaland is undoubtedly the most highly valued. The status of the Norwegian and his release clause remains a hot topic in the market. Speaking to Calciomercato, Pimenta discussed the value of the Manchester City forward, also referencing Rodrygo’s recent contract renewal.

Haaland’s contract release clause

“After my statement, I read rumours talking about a €1 billion release clause that Real Madrid would have set for a player [referencing Rodrygo],” she said. “In any case, for Erling, I wasn’t referring only to his transfer fee but to everything that revolves around him: clubs, sponsors, jerseys. Certainly, Haaland’s journey will reach these figures.

“Regarding the clause, it’s a way for the clubs to say, ‘I decide,’ but I believe that if we want a calm future, we must engage in dialogue.”

On Khephren Thuram: “He reminds me of Pogba with his strength, vision, timing, and physique. He possesses the calmness needed in that position. Italy? They already had another Thuram; his son plays for Inter, and they want one more...”

On Mkhitaryan: “He is a player of immense composure and maturity. He plays with heart. There is a desire to renew with Inter, and we will discuss the details as they deserve.”

On Marcos Leonardo: “Santos couldn’t sell him during the summer, and he accepted it maturely. He still has the ambition to play in Europe, with numerous requests and the potential to make a move in January. Rome? One would have to inquire with the club.”

On Pogba: “He plans to stay fit and work every day; he is mentally strong. Now we await the next steps, and all we can do is convey strength. It’s in difficult times that true friendship is demonstrated. And Juventus, for him, is like being at home.”
