The 2022 UEFA Champions League final will go ahead in Paris on 28 May with the game originally scheduled to be played in Saint Petersburg, but following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine at the end of February, UEFA stripped the Russian city of the rights to stage the game with the match now set to take place at the Stade de France in the French capital.
