In anticipation of its debut in Major League Soccer 2023, facing off against LAFC at the Rose Bowl Stadium, LA Galaxy has revealed five jerseys paying tribute to the historic venue located in Los Angeles. The stadium has hosted major events, including the 1994 men’s and 1999 women’s World Cup finals, as well as numerous NFL Super Bowl games.

El Tráfico shirts up for auction

Galaxy social admin took to Twitter to share images of their players, including Chicharito Hernández, Martín Cáceres, Séga Coulibaly, Gastón Brugman, and Jonathan Klinsmann, donning the team’s official jerseys featuring various designs and prints. The Dignity Health Sports Park emblem is prominently displayed, with roses running down the shoulders and sides at the front.

The Galaxy also announced in the same post, ‘Rose Bowl Ready. To commemorate our season opener, the LA Galaxy & @TheFootballGal_ created five team-signed Rose Bowl edition home jerseys that are up for auction now!’

Diana Al Shammari is known for her innovative approach to soccer jersey design, incorporating intricate embroidery into her work.

While Riqui Puig was not featured in the Twitter images, his jersey is currently the second highest grossing item on the e.givesmart.com page, fetching a price of $650. The highest grossing item is Chicharito Hernández’s jersey at $800, while the rest of the shirts remain at $500.
