Liga MX 2024 Clausura season opening date and matches confirmed
With the 2023 Liga MX campaign drawing to a close, the governing body have confirmed dates for the 2024 Clausura.
On 17 December the champion of the Liga MX Apertura 2023 will be crowned with América, Tigres, Pumas and Atlético San Luis the four semi finalists.
The Águilas are a solid bet for a place in the final after a comprehensive 0-5 away win over San Luis with Pumas set to take on Tigres in Thursday’s other semi-final (first leg).

The return legs will be played at the Estadio Azteca on Saturday and El Volcan in Nuevo Leon on Sunday.
The full 2023 Clausura fixture list will be confirmed approximately a week after the conclusion of the current tournament but we do know that the 2024 Apertura starts on 12 January (2024) and the matchday 1 games of the new competition.
