Liga MX have been encouraged by many aspects of this tournament both on and off the field with an increase in match going attendances and games enjoying more ‘ball in play’ time along with more goals being scored.

The Clausura 2023 games have seen an average of 57 minutes and 33 seconds of playing time with the Women’s MX League seeing an increase of ‘ball in play’ time by seven minutes to an average of 54 minutes 18 seconds.

This year, Liga MX introduced a new FAN ID scheme with the initiative seeing more than 1,190,000 supporters registered in the database.
