Following the collision with Zendejas, Silva asked the ref to stop the game and the medical staff came in because he was lightly bleeding on his forehead. Fortunately, the Puebla goalkeeper will be able to continue and the game has resumed.

In the last game of the ‘repechaje’, Puebla needed penalties to beat Chivas in a dramatic game at the Estadio Cuauhtemoc and became the fourth home side to progress after Cruz Azul, Tigres and Toluca had already seen off opposition from Club León, Necaxa and Juárez, respectively.
