Full time in Manchester!
That's that at the Etihad Stadium. City win 1-0.
Chance! Chelsea
Nearly an equaliser, right at the death. Pulisic fired a cross into the box and Foden had to make a hurried clearance at the back post.
City clear the resultant corner and that should be that.
City fairly content to knock the ball around the back in the final moments. The crowds are ready for a party and there's only a few more seconds for the Etihad faithful to wait now.
Three minutes of added time
Three minutes to go, City fans want the final whistle now.
Chance! Chelsea
A decent opening for Mykhailo Mudryk there but the Chelsea forward thrashes the ball over the bar. Still no goals for the January signing.
'Campeones, Campeones' rings around the Etihad Stadium as we approach the end of normal time. They want a second. Can City double their lead and really get the party started?
No real chances for Haaland so far, he's clearly eager to get on the scoresheet though. He leaps an absurd height to connect with a De Bruyne corner but can only nod it back across the box.
Alvarez's wild shot flies over the bar.
Chelsea substitutions
Carney Chukwuemeka and Kalidou Koulibaly come on for Chelsea for the final ten.
A little update on the City team now...
- Rodri has slotted into the defence alongside John Stones
- Alvarez has been shifted out to the left wing
- De Bruyne seems to be playing as a number ten, ahead of Foden and Phillips
City substitution
Confirmation now that Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri are on for City, replacing Laporte and Gomez.
Just under 15 minutes of normal time remaining now. City fans are hoping for a second to put the game beyond Chelsea and it looks like Pep is thinking the same.
De Bruyne and Rodri are preparing to come on...
Chance! Man City
That didn't take long!
Haaland makes a darting run in behind the Chelsea defence and fires a low ball across the six-yard-box. No one there to meet it, but a show of intent from the City number nine.
City substitution
Huge huge in the Etihad Stadium as Erling Haaland enters the fray for the final 20 minutes, replacing Riyad Mahrez.
Nope, it will not count.
After a brief VAR check the goal is ruled out for a handball from Riyad Mahrez. Correct decision made there.
Goal? Manchester City
Julian Álvarez gets his second, slotting into an empty net.
But wait, maybe a handball. Will this count?
Chelsea substitutions
Two attacking changes for Chelsea as Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke come on to replace Connor Gallagher and Raheem Sterling.
Chance! Chelsea
So nearly an equaliser there for Chelsea!
Raheem Sterling makes a clever run in behind and beats Kyle Walker with a dummy. His shot squirms past Ortega but John Stones gets back in time to clear it off the line.
Huge round of applause at the Etihad Stadium as Erling Haaland warms up along the touchline.
The title may be decided but Haaland may have a chance to strike another blow in his personal battle against Chelsea FC. The City striker has scored 36 Premier League goals so far, exactly the same number as Chelsea have managed this year.
Will either of them score today?
Close! Man City
Chelsea are saved by the post as a John Stones header cannons back off the woodwork.
Man City substitution
John Stones comes on to replace Manuel Akaji, one of only two players to keep his place in the team today.
Chance! Chelsea
Decent effort from the visitors!
Raheem Sterling skips through the middle and find youngster Lewis Hall on the left. He cuts inside and fires a firm shot at goal but his effort is well held by Ortega.
Some neat footwork from Ruben Loftus-Cheek allows the midfielder to break through the City midfield and find Connor Gallagher in space on the right. He's quickly swarmed by City players and the home side retrieve the ball.
How long until Chelsea get it back?
A few of the City subs have starting warming up to rapturous applause from the home support.
Pep is keeping his team the same for now but it surely won't be long until the City boss makes some changes.

Julian Alvarez's early goal gives the champions the lead at the break but there were half chances for both sides at points.
The home crowd are here for a good time and, with the sun beating down on Manchester, they are having some fun in the stands.
It was Kai Havertz in the end but his left-footed attempt is block by the wall and cleared for a corner.
City keep it out and the whistle is blown for half time.
Final chance for Chelsea with a freekick in a promising position. Roughly 25 yards, Enzo Fernandez standing over it...
One additional minute
There will be one more minute of a fairly uneventful first half.
Another sustained spell of possession for City now, with Kalvin Phillips dictating the play in the midfield.
The former Leeds man is really getting into his stride now and lets fly from distance. The effort goes wide but the Etihad crowd are appreciative of the intent.
With the score at 1-0 will Pep Guardiola decide to make a change at the break? Who does the City boss have on the bench?
Well, one of Haaland, Grealish, Gündogan, De Bruyne or Bernardo Silva might be worth a go in the second half.
Chance! Chelsea
We may have a game on here!
Lewis Hall whips in a cross from the Chelsea left and finds Connor Gallagher at the back post. The midfielder's header cannons off the frame of the goal and is cleared by City.
Reason to be confident for Chelsea, though.
Chance! Chelsea
A real chance for Raheem Sterling there!
A smart through ball from Kai Havertz found the former City man racing through on goal but his prodded effort is saved by Ortega.
Chances like that, on the transition, are Chelsea's best route back into this game.
Chelsea are really struggling to get a foothold in the game. They look fairly well set up out of possession but are struggling to click on the rare occasions that they actually have the ball.
Kai Havertz looks isolated up front and Enzo Fernandez hasn't been able to dictate the game for his side.
Chance! Man City
What an effort! Nearly a goal of the season contender from Phil Foden, who brings down a raking pass from Kalvin Phillips and floats a delicate chip just past the far post.
Chance! Man City
A brilliant turn from Phil Foden sets City on the attack and gets Cole Palmer into space behind the Chelsea defence. He fires low and hard across the box but there are enough Chelsea bodies back to clear the danger.
'Stand up, for the champions' rings around the Etihad Stadium.
City fans are making the most of this sunny day in Manchester, the team seem to be enjoying themselves too.
First spell of controlled possession for Chelsea as they knock the ball around at the back. That's quietened the home crowd slightly but there's no getting away from the party atmosphere in the Etihad Stadium today.
Kai Havertz
The Chelsea forward goes into the book for a late challenge on Kalvin Phillips. A first sign of frustration, perhaps.
Chance! Manchester City
Cole Palmer is causing all sorts of problems down the left, running onto a through ball from Foden to create another opening for City.
Alvarez and Mahrez both have efforts blocked and Chelsea get the ball clear, but City are well on top now.
GOOOALLLL! Julian Alvarez
Erling who?! The Argentinian breaks the deadlock with a sharp right-footed finish past Kepa in the Chelsea net.
That didn't take long.
A brilliant raking ball from Ortega finds Cole Palmer in space on the left. He looks to get in behind the Chelsea backline but Azpilacueta shows a surprising turn of pace to keep up with the City youngster.
Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea)
The Chelsea midfielder is down after a clash with Kyle Walker. He's back up now, but that looked like a painful one.
For Chelsea, Frank Lampard has gone for the same box midfield that he has employed in recent weeks.
Connor Gallagher and Raheem Sterling are playing behind Kai Havertz, with Enzo Fernandez and Ruben Loftus-Cheek offering extra protection for the defence.
They look pretty solid so far.
Chance! Manchester City
Decent effort from Sergio Gomez who slashes at a weak clearance from Kai Havertz. The Spaniard's effort is struck with venom but spins wide of the Chelsea goal.
Manchester City look to be setting in in the same fluid 4-3-3 that has brought them so much success this season. Kalvin Phillips, making his first league start this season, starts at the base of the midfield with Phil Foden and Rico Lewis either side of the former Leeds man.
And we're off
