Milton Giménez leaves Necaxa to play with Banfield
The Argentine striker will return to football in his home country to continue his career with El Taladro
Necaxa have been struggling to find their footing in the Clausura 2023 and now have one more problem, as their Argentine striker, Milton Giménez, has left the team to return to Argentine football. Given the situation, the Rayos will have another void the rest of the tournament.
Giménez is ninth Necaxa exit
On Tuesday, the attacker born in Buenos Aires was confirmed by Banfield, a team with which he will play in the upcoming season of the Argentine Professional League, although his transfer is on loan.
On their Twitter account, Banfield announced the arrival of the former striker for the Rayos. Giménez played 21 games in the Necaxa shirt and only scored eight goals with the red and whites.
With this, Necaxa loses its ninth player in the transfer market that for some countries has not yet ended, as Giménez joins the departures of Edgar Hernández, Luis Malagón, Brian García, Dieter Villalpando, Julio González, Luis Quintana, Ulises Cardona, and Fernando Meza.
