COPPA ITALIA
Mourinho: “You’ll see from my Netflix documentary that I am totally crazy”
AS Roma advanced in the Coppa Italia with a win over Cremonese as the coach from Setubal confirmed that he is filming a series with Netflix.
José Mourinho’s press conferences are always unpredictable and the former Real Madrid coach delivered another example after his side’s Coppa Italia win over against Cremonese on Wednesday night. After the game the Portuguese coach analyzed his team’s momentum , spoke about his future and also announced his next documentary, in which he will reveal new truths about his career.
Coppa win: “Let’s be honest, if we start the game with Atalanta with the same eleven as today, it’s over after 20 minutes as we don’t have central defenders.”
Roma Tifosi: “These people are always with us and despite my success in other places at no club did I have this level of respect and affection.”
The future: “I don’t think it’s true that the club is contacting other coaches and I trust 100% in the honesty of the board and don’t believe they talk to others behind my back and Friedkin was the first to know about the calls I’ve had from Saudi Arabia and Portugal.”
Documentary: “I have some news for you, there will be a new documentary on Netflix about my career which is available as of next Thursday. There are things that will only be known there as they pay me very well and I must say something that I never told anyone (laughs). In the documentary you’ll all get to know that I am totally crazy”.
