No parking available at MLS Cup final in Los Angeles

Los Angeles Football Club has announced a parking and transportation plan for fans that will be attending the final on Saturday against the Union.

Update:
¡Todo listo! Conoce el Banc of California Stadium

We are a few days away from crowning the winner of the 2022 MLS Cup between Los Angeles FC and the Philadelphia Union on Saturday 5 November at the Banc of California stadium. The ‘Black & Gold’ will have home field advantage having won the 2022 Supporters’ Shield.

Parking problems in Los Angeles

Major League Soccer didn’t anticipate LAFC reaching the final when they announced that the most important game of the season will be played on 5 November with the game clashing with the USC Trojans football team who will host the California Golden Bears at the LA Coliseum, which is right next door to the Banc of California.

The priority is the Trojans, since football is the most important sport in the United States, and LAFC had to announce an alternative parking and transportation plan for fans, staff and media attending the MLS Cup final on Saturday. There will be no parking spaces available around the Banc of California stadium for the match against the Philadelphia Union, so they have announced an alternative plan and they recommend people to arrive as early as possible.

Since there will be no parking spaces available in or around Exposition Park and Banc of California stadium for fans, the best options will be using public transport. LAFC recommends people to use the Metro, rideshare apps such as Uber or Lyft or for those who are driving then they can park at Dodger stadium and they will provide a shuttle that will take them to the Banc of California stadium.

The Dodger stadium Lot 1 will be open at 9:00am PT and for those who make it to the Banc of California between 10:30-11:30am, LAFC will offer half price food and drinks as an appreciation of their effort to arrive early and make sure that the stadium is at capacity before kick-off.
