Arsenal can return to the top of the Premier League table with a win over London rivals Chelsea on Tuesday.

The Gunners suffered a 4-1 defeat last time out at the hands of fellow title chasers and current league leaders Manchester City.

City are currently one point ahead of Mikel Arteta’s side with a game in hand and are now favourites to lift the Premier League title after Arsenal’s recent results.

Saliba out

Arsenal will be without centre-back William Saliba for tonight’s clash with Chelsea.

Arguably one of the best defenders in the league this season, the Frenchman has been missed at a crucial stage of the season.

We take a look at how Arteta’s team could line up at the Emirates against a struggling Chelsea side.

Jorginho could be set for a start in midfield against his former club.

Ramsdale; White, Holding, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Jorginho, Xhaka, Odegaard; Saka, Jesus, Martinelli.

Prediction

Arsenal will see this fixture against an out-of-form Chelsea team as the perfect way to pick up a first win in five Premier League games.

Chelsea, who will be looking forward to the end of a dreadful campaign, are 12th in the table.
