Possible Real Madrid starting XI against Celta Vigo
Kepa will make his debut for Real Madrid in an eleven with few changes expected. Camavinga is set to return to Ancelotti’s side.
Kepa Arrizabalaga is set to make his Real Madrid debut against Celta Vigo in LaLiga on Friday, as confirmed by Carlo Ancelotti in his pre-match press conference. Andriy Lunin has conceded one goal in two games, but Kepa’s performances in training have been enough for Ancelotti to give Kepa his first game in white.
Without Eder Militao in the back four, the central defenders will once again be Antonio Rüdiger and David Alaba, with Dani Carvajal and Fran García on the flanks. Aurélien Tchouaméni will continue at the base of midfield, with questions remaining over who will play alongside him in the middle of the park. On the left, everything points to Eduardo Camavinga, back after a slight change in Almeria, while on the right, Luka Modric, with only 30 minutes under his belt after two games, is a strong candidate. Fede Valverde could also get the nod to start in the engine room in Galicia.
Bellingham the top scorer in LaLiga
Jude Bellingham will continue to play in the No 10 role, free to roam after his impressive opening displays for Los Blancos. The Englishman, with three goals so far in the league, is the top scorer in Primera at the time of writing. Brazilian duo Rodrygo and Vinícius will start up front, ahead of Bellingham at the tip of the midfield diamond.
Real Madrid’s possible XI vs Celta
Real Madrid’s possible eleven at Balaídos could be as follows: Kepa; Carvajal, Rüdiger, Alaba, Fran García; Tchouaméni, Modric or Valverde, Camavinga, Bellingham; Rodrygo, Vinicius.
