Eight Real Madrid subs poised to make an entrance....
Long range effort from Toni Kroos as we hit the 60 minute mark. High and well over the Juve bar from the German midfielder.
The tempo of the game has dropped slightly (compared to the first 45') as the hot LA evening and almost 65% humidity start to take their toll.
It's been a reasonably quiet game for the referee this evening. There was little debate over the Real Madrid penalty and the only moment of doubt for the match official was a possible spot kick for Juve after Miltao caught Di Maria in the first half but his decision to not award was indeed the correct one.
Real Madrid too have roughly 9-10 men warming up too just behind the Juve goal.

We're into the final five minutes of the half and Madrid have had the upper edge on the contest. Bonucci with Juve's best chance of the game hitting the bar from a fine freekick. The evergreen Benzema is a real handful for the Juve backline with the French striker scoring the only goal of the game.
Juve still probing in looking for a way through but Real Madrid are looking solid in the centre of the park with Casemiro's presence key for Ancelotti's side.
