Real Madrid possible lineup against Villarreal in LaLiga EA Sports

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is likely to rotate his side for their trip to Villarreal, as Los Blancos continue their preparations for the upcoming Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund on June 1.

The Real Madrid manager has a plan for the ‘Yellow Submarine’: he will switch up his team against Villarreal and revert back to the starters next week, against Real Betis, a day that will act as a dress rehearsal for Wembley.

However, this this Sunday is more of a moment to maintain the competitive pace without any unnecessary risks: Villarreal must go for the win to increase their chances of getting European football next season and as such, an intense match is expected. There are only two confirmed starters in Ancelotti’s side: Lunin and Güler.

As for the goalkeeper, it will be his farewell to the season: after 30 games and 12 clean sheets, it will be the last time he gets any action in between the sticks.
