The Diego Cocca era begins at Tigres

Diego Cocca began his stage as a strategist for Tigres by having his first training session with the squad, ahead of the Clausura 2023. The Argentine coach got the preseason work underway with a full team (already with the departures of Luis Rodríguez, Hugo Ayala and Francisco Venegas) who followed the instructions of the South American who is getting into his fourth experience in Mexican soccer.

The exercises began sharply at 3 p.m. local time at the Sports Center facilities.

After his successful stint with Atlas, Cocca will take the reins of some cats in urgent need of the title, after the surprise dismissal of Miguel Herrera at the end of October.
