Update:

After a string of disappointing results, Eduardo Berizzo has stepped down as head coach of Club León. In response, the team’s management moved swiftly in the market and secured the return of Ignacio “Nacho” Ambriz, who famously led León to a championship title in 2020.

In a Liga MX landscape dominated by foreign managers, Mexican coaches often struggle to find opportunities to showcase their talent. It’s been five years since La Fiera last lifted the trophy, a title they clinched by defeating Pumas in the final.
