Following an opening game 3-0 win over Vietnam, the USWNT faced tougher opposition in the 2023 Women’s World Cup as the holders went up against the Netherlands in a game which required a Lindsey Horan equaliser just after the hour mark to secure a share of the spoils for the pre-tournament favourites.
