Vinicius recruits the services of Camavinga, Travis Scott and Chase B

Vinicius Junior, Eduardo Camavinga, Travis Scott, and Chase B. Two footballers, a renowned rapper along with a DJ and record producer. At a first glance, four men with very different professional paths. Four paths that, however, seem to have a connection with Portuguese and the Brazilian winger as the key link. Vinicius became a shareholder with FC Alverca last season was delighted to see the side secure promotion to Portugal’s first division.

‘Vini’ shared a photo on his personal Instagram account alongside Camavinga, Travis Scott, and Chase B. In the snapshot, the four men appeared wearing the new blue Alverca 25-26 kit. The post is merely anecdotal, but represents a boost in terms of global profile for the Portuguese club as they prepare to compete with the biggest clubs in the country next season.

Founded in 1939, Alverca are based approximately 50 miles from Lisbon. The club will look to battle against the likes of Benfica, Porto and Sporting Clube de Portugal with the club back in the top flight for the first time since the 1990s.

A consortium which included the Real Madrid player acquired over 75% of the club’s shares last February with the investment reported to be $9 million.
