How many Champions League goals has Kylian Mbappé scored?
Still only 25 years old, Kylian Mbappé now feels like a part of the furniture in the Champions League. He made his debut in the competition back in September 2016, at the age of 17, and went on to score six UCL goals that season. He scored against Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus as an exciting Monaco side made it to the semi-finals.
After that breakthrough season he joined Paris Saint-Germain and has gone continued his impressive scoring record, despite never having lifted the trophy.
In total Mbappé has made 73 Champions Leagues appearances, scoring 48 goals and recording 26 assists in that time. He is the joint-13th highest scoring player in the Champions League and European Cup, level with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.
If Mbappé has a good first season at Real Madrid he could overtake some all-time legends and find himself much higher up the rankings. Above Mbappé are Alberto Di Stefano (49 goals), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (49), Filippo Inzaghi (50) and Thierry Henry (51).
