In LaLiga, they have secured victories against Real Sociedad and Real Betis, showing signs of getting better.

Espanyol’s form has been mixed, with a win, two draws, and two losses in their last five league matches. They managed a 1-1 draw against Mallorca and a 0-0 draw against Atlético Madrid, but suffered a 1-0 defeat to Real Valladolid, though in their last game they were able to beat Alavés by 3-2.
