In Group D of the Copa América, Brazil and Colombia will face off to determine the group leader. Colombia is already through to the next stage and seeks to maintain a perfect record against Brazil. Costa Rica will play Paraguay, aiming for a win and hoping for Brazil to lose by a goal to advance to the quarterfinals.

Brazil vs. Colombia - (California, San Francisco) 8 p.m. ET

Brazil will face Colombia in their final Group D match on Tuesday. The Seleção, who drew 0-0 with Costa Rica but subsequently defeated Paraguay 4-1, currently sit second in the group, two points behind Los Cafeteros, who have won both of their matches.

Néstor Lorenzo’s team is on a 25-game unbeaten run in all competitions, but Guimarães is eager to end that outstanding form. The Seleção, runners-up in 2021, have gone undefeated in their last nine group stage matches in the Copa América (six wins, three draws), which is their second-longest unbeaten streak in this phase, surpassed only by the 10 unbeaten games between 1993 and 1999 (10 wins).

After seven matches without a win against Brazil in all competitions (three draws, four losses), Colombia defeated them in their last encounter and is aiming for consecutive victories against the Seleção for the first time in their history.

Costa Rica vs. Paraguay - (Austin, Texas) 9:00 p.m. ET

Costa Rica will face Paraguay at Q2 Stadium on Tuesday, needing a win to have any hope of progressing into the quarterfinals of the Copa América for the first time since 2004. After a 3-0 defeat to Colombia on matchday two, Costa Rica dropped to third in Group D with one point. On the other hand, Paraguay suffered a 4-1 loss to Brazil and has been officially eliminated from the competition.

Despite an encouraging start to the tournament, Costa Rica failed to maintain momentum in their Friday match and have not yet registered a shot on target at the Copa América this year. They are at risk of ending the tournament winless for only the second time, the first being in 1997.

Costa Rica has only suffered consecutive defeats in the group stage of this competition once this century and has only lost their final Copa América group fixture once, a 4-1 defeat to Argentina. Additionally, Costa Rica is unbeaten in their previous three meetings with Paraguay, with the last two matches ending in a 0-0 draw.
