Prosecutors of the case are asking for his detainment and imprisonment without the possibility of bail for the ex-Barcelona star. It is now up to the judge to decide whether to let the Brazilian go free on bail or to detain him until his hearing is scheduled.

What did Dani Alves do in Barcelona In December 30th?

As ABC reported, the event occurred at dawn in one of the rooms in Sutton, where the 39-year-old footballer would have groped the victim, according to the latter in the formal complaint filed with the Mossos d’Esquadra.

After traveling from Mexico, where he plays with Pumas, Alves went to the police station early this Friday and was arrested in a police car a few minutes after 10 am.

The Mossos took him to the Ciutat de la Justicia in Barcelona, where he will go to court, and the judge will decide on his provisional situation while the case is being investigated.
