Crane catches fire in Manhattan, partially collapses

In Manhattan, a crane caught fire during construction of a high rise on 10th Avenue and West 41st Street and one user caught the partial collapse on camera.

Twitter user @jimmy_farring caught a terrifying moment on camera when a crane partially collapsed after catching fire. The incident happened on Wednesday morning in New York City, in Manhattan, at 10th Avenue and West 41st Street, where a new high rise is being built. The video shows the crane partially collapsing into the building across from it as well as onto the street on 10th Avenue, which has now been closed until further notice. Some surrounding buildings have been evacuated in case of further collapses.
