Draymond Green apologizes for hitting Jusuf Nurkic
The Warriors star can’t seem to stay out of trouble as he got another flagrant foul 2, but he says he didn’t intentionally hit Suns’ Jusuf Nurkic.
Golden State Warrior forward Draymond Green was ejected for the third time this season after receiving a flagrant foul 2 for hitting Phoenix Suns’ player Jusuf Nurkic in the head during their 119-116 loss.
Green now faces a possible suspension, but he says that he did not intend to hit Nurkic and apologized in the post game interview.
“I apologize to Nurkic because I hit him,” said Green. “And I didn’t intend to hit him. You guys have known me long enough, if I intended to do something, I’m not apologizing for it. But I did make contact with him so I do apologize because it wasn’t my intention.”
