Haaland trolls rivals in viral video
Manchester City star Erling Haaland had “just one song” he wanted to sing after they won the Champions League and the fans were loving it.
Sweet, sweet revenge. Manchester City got theirs on all their rivals when they won not one, not two, but three crowns this season. The last of those three was the Champions League. All season long, there were doubters. Therefore, when they won it, the team was ready to rub it in everyone’s faces - and rightly so.
City superstar striker Erling Haaland had “just one song” he wanted to sing at the victory parade and it was quite well-received by the City fans.
“I have just one song to sing, only one,” said Haaland to the cheering crowd. “I’ve been hearing this quite a lot for the last couple of months I’ve been here. So I just want to sing it. The people who’ve been singing it have been the guys we’ve played against. And the song goes like this...”
“Champions of Europe, you’ll never sing that! You’ll never sing that! You’ll never sing that!”
The crowd happily sang along with Haaland, who scored an astonishing 52 goals across all competitions this season.
