Montse Tomé's chaotic arrival ahead of Spain fixtures

Spain coach Montse Tomé arrived in Madrid with media set up everywhere ahead of their Nations League match with Sweden, leading to a change in plans.

Spain’s new head coach Montse Tomé arrived at the Alameda Hotel in Madrid, where the team was originally supposed to meet before heading to Valencia together. However, the federation decided to change their meeting point at the last minute due to the amount of cameras and media set up already in Madrid, which swarmed Tomé upon her arrival. Now, the players will go directly to Valencia.

Spain squad drama: players release statement and will not play!

As of right now, it is unknown how many players will actually show up, as only three - Misa, Olga Carmona and Athenea - have so far. Tomé seems confident that they will, but it’s getting a bit too close for comfort.
