Shocking dashcam footage shows 18-wheeler striking electrical worker in mid-air!

Dashcam footage from Livingston Parish, Louisiana, shows an 18-wheeler striking the top of a traffic signal lift where an electrical worker was performing maintenance. Fortunately, the worker only sustained minor injuries and was not hospitalized, while authorities continue to investigate the incident.
