Shaquille O’Neal has bought a massive koi fish, shipped from Japan, to put in an enormous pond in his Georgia property.

Shaquille O’Neal’s newest addition to his home in Georgia is an enormous koi fish named Charles Barkley. The fish is a Yamabuki shipped from Japan and weighs a whopping 35 pounds and measures 39 inches.

A massive fish requires a massive pond. Shaq had to have a new pond created which required 1,000,000 pounds of boulders to be moved. The huge new pond will have a waterfall system which dumps water into it and will be part of a yard with a putting green and treehouse.

The pond was worked on by “Ed the Pond Professor”, who has a YouTube channel that documented the whole thing. The project was completed last week and now Charles Barkley has a beautiful new home with Shaquille O’Neal. Not bad.
