VIDEO: Users talk about a “glitch in the matrix” as dead bird floats motionless in the sky
Onlookers were left baffled by a bird floating motionless in mid-air, wondering if they’d somehow witnessed a blip the fabric of reality.
A video originally posted in February has resurfaced and gone viral yet again. In Vancouver, Canada, Tiktoker @bluefrenchhorn26 posted a video filmed by her daughter’s boyfriend in which a dead bird is seemingly just floating in mid-air, completely motionless. Users are calling it a “glitch in the matrix”, implying we’re living in a simulation too complex to not have the occasional whoopsy.
In the video, you can see other people getting out of their cars to take videos and photos of the rare sight, equally baffled. Since it was posted, the video has been viewed over 4 million times and now that it’s been shared on Twitter again, it’s got 27.5 million views. It was even on the news with some failed attempts to de-bunk what was going on.
So, not an eruv and not telephone wires. What is it, then? The mystery appears to still be unsolved, with no update on where the dead bird has gone since then. Kristina Deane, the woman who posted the video to TikTok, said the bird was gone 24 hours later.
