Oli was born in Bristol, England way back in the heady days of 1998. Living in nearby Somerset until coming of age, he swapped one farmer-country for another by studying history in East Anglia. His time was spent nurturing an appreciation for electronic music alongside stints in both the university football and rugby teams. He also travelled to Madrid for six months in an exchange programme in 2019. This marked the beginning of his infatuation with the Spanish capital. During the covid-19 pandemic in 2020, a time in which he also graduated from university, Oli took the chance to move to Madrid, boasting a grand total of zero apartments, zero jobs, and two friends (one who promptly scurried off to Greece for a year). It did not take long for him to settle properly. In summer 2021, he joined the AS USA Latest News team as a founding member. Oli keeps busy by playing for a football team alongside Will Gittins, who you may know from the soccer arm of our organisation, as well as painting, reading, and cycling.
