Massive cycling crash after pace motorbike stalls in Brooklyn

There was a massive cycle crash in Brooklyn over the weekend, with almost every rider in the road race ending in a huge pile-up.

The pace motorbike ahead of the riders stalled in a narrow section of the course and although a couple of riders made it past the stopped bike, which had its warning lights on, once one rider clipped the stationary vehicle utter carnage ensued.

According to reports, several riders were taken to hospital, though none had serious injuries.
